All dried plant material that features on this artwork is locally sourced from a big forest nearby where we live and our little garden in London. Each element is completely dry with all shapes and forms left as they were found in nature. We carefully collect only what we will use and make sure to respect the surrounding environment that provides so much inspiration to our work.

This artwork is approximately 15 x 21cm, made on 100% cotton rag paper. This listing can either be supplied unframed and coming in its own protective box (see other Sere Fragments listings for an example photo of the box) or for UK customers only can be purchased framed as shown.

If you buy this piece unframed we would recommend having the artwork framed for display to avoid any of the delicate elements gathering dust that are not easily cleaned. The box is provided to easily transport the artwork to be framed. When considering framing please be aware that this artwork will require a sufficiently deep profile and spacer to separate the artwork from the glazing used.

The frame pictured here is a thin deep ash profile, the artwork is float mounted with a 4cm border and is glazed using an anti reflective glass. The overall frame dimensions are 24.5 x 30.5cm. This framed option is only available to UK customers due to the difficulty in safely transporting glazing.

Please note as these are all real dried plant materials some elements are liable to break off with excessive movement or flex of the paper and so some pieces may work loose as they are shipped. The artworks will be fixed within the box (or frame) to limit any damage in transport and are able to be easily removed in the future for framing or if otherwise needed.
