Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

How much will my shipping cost?

We try to keep all shipping costs at a minimum and only charge the approximate amount that it will cost us to send the items in your order. If you would like to see how much it will cost to send your order you can calculate your shipping costs at checkout using our shipping calculator once you have added the items you are interested in to your basket. This is based on the country we will be shipping to and can be used before adding any of your details.

For international orders outside of the UK: please note in additional tax/customs fees may be incurred before your order is released to you in its destination country. In most cases these fees will be notified by the delivery provider (who may also charge a fee for this service) and will be payable by you the customer before you receive your delivery. Any amount charged (if applicable) will depend on the specific taxation/import laws of the destination country/whether the order exceeds a minimum value threshold.

How long will it take for my order to despatch?

We aim to be as quick as possible and it usually takes us no more than 2 working days to despatch your order if everything is in stock/not being made to order. Most items we have listed are in stock and ready to ship but for items made to order more information can be found on the specific product listing.

Once your order has been despatched we will send another automatic email to let you know it’s on the way.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Based on our experience (and using an appropriate Royal Mail service) orders take the following approximate times to arrive from when they are despatched:

For UK orders 1-3 working days

For European orders 1-2 weeks

For all other international orders 2-3 weeks

For UK customers if you need to receive your items for a specific deadline please contact us prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate your timeframe. If necessary we can provide you with a quote for an upgraded shipping option and new total invoice.

Packaging for individual products:

When wrapping individual products for protection such as artworks, prints or posters we use glassine bags or interleaving as standard. This material is produced from paper from sustainably managed forests and is easily recycled with the rest of your paper recycling. Glassine is also fully biodegradable and can be composted at home. Alternatively we source a range of recycled paper bags to cater for smaller items like our printed greetings cards. These bags are also 100% recyclable and home-compostable.

We continue to avoid the use of ‘environmental’/’biodegradable’ plastic alternatives as these are easily misidentified, often need to be industrially composted in special facilities and due to a lack of suitable infrastructure can remain as part of a wider problem- either buried in landfill where they will not break down or incinerated.

Packaging for deliveries:

Our priorities with the packaging we use are to be secure and to be green. We don’t use fancy packaging, instead we recycle all the materials we use such as cardboard, scrunched up paper & bubblewrap from other deliveries that we receive or come across in our working environment. Everything may be recycled but we will still take the utmost care to try to make sure your order arrives safely and in a good condition.

We have been working hard to reduce our use of disposable plastic, so please do note that any plastic packaging you may receive has been reused from another source and not bought by ourselves (we would encourage you to re-use it again wherever possible)!

How often do you update your web shop?

We don’t have a specific timeframe that we follow but whenever we are about to do a shop update with a new product or series of one-off works we will announce this via our Instagram feed first- so make sure to follow us @mrstudiolondon :)

I can’t find an artwork I previously saw on your web shop. Is it still available?

The work listed on our web shop is everything we currently have available to purchase, once an item is sold out it will no longer be visible. Our pressed flower artworks & works from our Sere Fragments series are one-off pieces and so if you can no longer see them on our website it means they have already sold (so don’t wait too long if you’d like to buy something)!

How much do you charge for commissions?

Prices for commissioned pieces can vary greatly depending on the size/quantity, intricacy and format of the work you’d require. If you’d like us to provide a quote please get in touch with as much information as possible about what you would require (or with examples of our previous work you liked). As a lot of the work we do is inherently time consuming it is also worth checking that we can meet any deadlines/take on your commission beforehand as we can get booked up with projects quite far in advance and cannot guarantee our availability until a commission has been confirmed.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes we do! Please email us with a bit of information about your business and we will get back to you with our wholesale catalogue as soon as we can.
